A new post!

Hello!

This is the first in a series of,  hopefully,  regular posts from Waresley.

Waresley is a small English village in the western part of Cambridgeshire. It is not far from St Neots,   Huntingdon,  and Cambourne. It neighbours Great Gransden,  Little Gransden,  Eltisley and Abbotsley. It has a population of around 270 people including children. It has a church,  the Church of St James the Great,  and a pub,  the Duncombe Arms,  of which more anon.

Well that’s enough to start with. There will be more posts in the future,  hopefully on a daily basis,  which will have a little more to say. Until then I wish you a happy July, even though it is pouring with rain at the moment.
